In charge of Depot computers, computer setup/installation, and service calls. Monitor McAfee Total Protection and Smart Services clients through web-based interface for 125+ computers.


UNIVERSITY OF NORTHWESTERN OHIO
, Lima, OH: IT Lab Technician – 2008-2009
Keep watch of a lab of 10 computers while troubleshooting any of the other 800+ computers that may malfunction. Work with a partner to install 20+ computers per lab, troubleshoot larger problems, and updating entire computer labs. Also assist in printer setup, helping students with individual problems, and password changing. On occasion will assist other employees with hardware devices (Blackberry phones, external hard drives, flash drives) that may malfunction or are normally not supported.

SHELL GAS STATION, Fort Recovery, OH: Cashier – 2007
In control of customer purchases of gasoline or food products. Kept watch of customers for possible drive-offs and theft. Answered phone calls for carry-out food orders. Counted money at the end of the day for records, started a new drawer for the next day, and stored $600+ in a safe. In charge of locking up the store after closing hours.
