Each client will have a technology manager assigned to their account 24x7x365 and this contact will understand the customers needs as if it was their own. Where appropriate, specialized help will aid the primary contact to ensure the best quality service with the fastest response time around. We do not believe in procrastination! If something is on our to do list for an extended period of time; there better be a good reason. No client wants a technology partner they have to baby-sit.
