  • Designed, developed and supported an existing internally written business software application system which supported the 35 company owned dealerships throughout the US.

  • Assisted in conversion from DOS and dBase III based system to Windows system written in VB6 and VB .NET with MS SQL which modernized the programs and made the dealerships more efficient.

  • Implemented transfer of data from Oracle, MS SQL and MS Access databases using MS SSIS  while working with team to install new phone and software support for the Service department’s HelpDesk software system which increased response time to customer issues and data retention.

  • Traveled to dealerships to gather information to resolve issues and develop new software to improve efficiency.
